Nature has always been a great inspiration and often the source of what's best for us. Mineral cosmetics are the perfect proof of this. Nature, specifically the lilac blooming everywhere, inspired today's makeup look. We combined pastel purple, also the color of the year, with coral red. It's spring-like, fresh, and incredibly light. See for yourself!
The first step is to prepare the skin: apply a thin layer of light Soft Cream moisturizing cream to the cleansed skin and wait until it is absorbed into the skin.
The next step is Pretty Neutral clay powder . It's a great base for other mineral makeup. Then, apply concealer (spot-applied to selected areas of the face, avoiding the eye area). The final step is a touch of Pretty Glow illuminating powder on the eyelids and under the eyes. This will even out the complexion (for example, any dark circles) and brighten the complexion.
Brushes used in this step: kabuki for clay powder , small flat bristle brush for concealer , mini kabuki for illuminating powder.
The next step is foundation – for this look, I used Annabelle Minerals Illuminating Mineral Foundation in the shade Golden Light . Apply with a damp Softie sponge in size L. The finishing touch is a touch of Honey blush in a honey-like light brown shade (applied with an angled blush brush) and a touch of Pretty Glow Illuminating Powder (using a kabuki brush) to the tops of the cheeks, forehead, and bridge of the nose. If your skin is oily in the T-zone, it's worth using Pretty Matte mattifying powder .

Time for the eye makeup. After defining the eyebrows, use a dense-bristle eyeshadow brush to apply the light purple Lilac eyeshadow to the entire eyelid and the crease. Then, draw a line with the dark purpleLavender eyeshadow on the upper eyelid, blending it out slightly (using a brush with angled bristles , such as an eyebrow brush – it's a good idea to slightly dampen the bristles). Finish the eye makeup by highlighting the inner corner and brow bone with Vanilla eyeshadow , then drawing and applying mascara.
The final touch is the lips. A strong, matte coral red contrasts with the pastel purple on the lid, adding character to the entire look while still looking elegant. Be sure to try this color combination!
