Annabelle Minerals recently launched a hot new product – a primer. It's the first product of its kind that acts as a makeup base while also nourishing and conditioning the skin. If you struggle with makeup staying power, you absolutely must try it! You'll read about its fantastic properties later in this post.
Primer is also called clay powder because it is based on three clays:
white - the most delicate of clays, intended for sensitive, dry and mature skin, deeply nourishes and cares for the skin,
red - helpful in the fight against redness, perfect for those with oily, normal and vascular skin, degreases the skin and seals and strengthens blood vessels,
green - irreplaceable in the fight against imperfections, ideal for problematic, acne-prone and oily skin, has strong antibacterial and exfoliating properties.
The cosmetic's composition consists of three clays (70%) combined with matte mica (30%). It's this blend, combined in the right proportions, that gives the primer its fantastic effect. It visibly smoothes the skin, conceals pores, and reduces the appearance of fine lines. The complexion appears softer and has a new, more even texture. The complexion becomes very pleasant to the touch, and with continued, regular use, it gains a brighter, healthier complexion. Furthermore, imperfections heal faster, leaving no visible scars, and sebum production is regulated.

This cosmetic is designed for all skin types. It's suitable for both those struggling with blemishes and excessive oiliness, as well as the most sensitive skin types. It doesn't exacerbate dryness or accentuate dry patches, and is gentle enough for even the most demanding skin types.
The primer comes in the brand's signature 4g packaging. It's a plastic jar with a convenient strainer that facilitates dispensing and prevents spillage. The powder is available HERE .
Clay powder has two uses. It can be used as a makeup primer. To do this, sprinkle a small amount onto the lid of your foundation, then use a flat-top or kabuki brush and rub thoroughly into clean, dry skin – if you've previously applied cream , allow it to absorb completely. The primer must blend thoroughly; this will create a velvety base for your makeup, extending its wear and facilitating foundation application.
The primer also works great as a setting powder. It mattifies the skin perfectly and keeps the T-zone in check for hours. It's transparent and doesn't provide visible color, matching any foundation shade. It also works with any foundation formula—matte, opaque, or illuminating. It doesn't create a flat matte finish or a powdery film, giving a truly natural look. For best results, apply it with a powder brush.

In short, primer is a cosmetic product that both you and your skin will appreciate. You'll quickly notice a difference in the durability of your makeup and the results in healthier, better-looking skin. Annabelle Minerals proves that you don't need a ton of smoothing silicones to create an effective foundation base. Drugstore products like this are more likely to harm than help in the long run, which is why we sometimes give up on using them. However, I'm sure that once you discover clay powder, you'll reach for it every day.
